DHA is good for you. Check out clinicaltrials.gov & search on DHA.
Amazon has a discount rate if you order quantities on a subscription basis. It looks like it is easy to manage- so can advance or delay an order- which is handy if consumption rate is variable.
Only need to remember to manage it & the automatic payment.
